For customers
How do I request a service?
Pick one or more services, enter the address and a time slot, then send the request from the app or the website. A Khademny advisor calls you back within 30 minutes to confirm the details and the price.
Do I choose the professional?
No. Khademny picks the verified partner company that covers your address and handles the coordination. Khademny stays your single point of contact from request to finish.
Is the price known in advance?
Prices on the site are estimates. The advisor confirms the price with you on the phone before sending the partner, and you never pay more than what was agreed.
How do I pay?
You pay the partner directly on site, once the work is done and checked. No upfront payment.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes, from the app. We send the closest available partner aiming to arrive within 45 minutes, for an emergency fee of 15 TND added to the estimate.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from “My bookings” in the app or on the website, as long as the job hasn't started.
What if I’m not satisfied?
You contact Khademny, not the partner. We open a dispute and follow it until it is resolved. Partners who don’t meet our standards are removed. Write to us
Which areas do you cover?
All 24 governorates. We only send a partner that actually covers your address.
Account & data
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your phone number and a code sent by SMS.
How do I delete my account?
From your account settings, or by following the account deletion page.
For partner companies
How do I become a partner?
Fill in the partner application. Our team checks your company and contacts you to complete onboarding. Partner application
How do I receive jobs?
In the Khademny Pro app, only in the areas you cover, and after the advisor has confirmed the details and the price with the customer.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly on site. The Khademny commission is calculated on the catalogue price only, and emergency fees are entirely yours.
