Delete your account

You can ask for your Khademny account and personal data to be deleted at any time.

Option 1 — From your account on the website

  1. Log in.
  2. Open “Settings”.
  3. Under “Delete account”, confirm with your password.

Option 2 — Ask our team to delete it

If you created your account in the app with your phone number, send us a request from that same number. We verify it, delete the account and confirm it with you.

What gets deleted?

  • Your account and profile details (name, phone, email, photo, saved addresses).
  • We may keep booking and invoice records only for as long as the law requires.
